Roberto Alvarez is a highly skilled attorney with a diverse educational and professional background. He attended Marymount College in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, where he earned an Associate of Science degree. He then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies at Chapman University in Orange, CA, and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA.

In 2004, Roberto had the invaluable opportunity to intern in Washington D.C. for Senator Tom Harkin (I-IA), where he handled judicial matters. This experience cemented his commitment to the legal profession and public service.

  This man fought for me to get my U visa excepted and even when APD didn’t want to release my records he kept fighting and for that I can now saw I’m waiting for my green card and u visa has been excepted as well and that wasn’t even the only two avenues he created for me to be successful in court, he exhausted asylum attempts and everything he could to eliminate my removal. This is coming from someone who was also deported in 2011, if he did it for me trust me you’ll be in good hands, Mr Alvarez shares a spot in my and my family’s heart because never once threw out this hole process did he show anger or  unprofessionalism always knew what needed to be done and never missed a step.

  We definitely needed a GREAT lawyer for our case and Mr Roberto Alvarez was the perfect choice we went with. He was on top of appointments and everything we needed in our case and I'm beyond excited to say with his great hard work he helped my husband get his cancellation of removal granted and now we're just waiting for papers to go thru.
